We'd like to invite all triathletes, aquabikes and relay teams to the second City on the Lakes Tri Festival at one of the best triathlon venues in New England. Join us for the Sprint Distance Triathlon on Saturday, August 11, 2018 or the Half-Iron Distance Triathlon on Sunday, August 12, 2018!
Swim in beautiful Opechee Bay. The swim starts on the eastern beach and follows a rectangular loop and exits the water at the western beach close to the transition area.
Exit the transition area, take a right (North) onto Route 106, slight left onto Pease Rd and then left onto Route 104. Turn around before entering Bristol and then back on Route 104, right onto Pease Rd, right onto Route 106. Right onto Meredith Center Rd, right onto Pease Rd, right onto Route 106 and back to the transition area at Opechee Park.
Exit the transition area, turn right (North) on Route 106, right around the lake with a portion on the WOW trail and back around to do the same route twice, then to the finish line.
Take I-93 North
Take the US-3 N/NH-11/NH-132 N exit, EXIT 20, towards Laconia
Turn left onto Laconia Rd/US-3 N/NH-11/NH-132. Continue to follow US-3/NH-11
Stay straight to go onto Curt St/ US-3 Bus N
Turn left onto N Main St/NH-106
From I-91S merge onto I-93 S
Take the NH-104 E exit, EXIT 23 towards Meredtih/NH-132 N/Lake Winnipesaukee/Mt. Washington Val.
Turn left onto NH Route 104/NH-104/NH-132. Continue ot follow NH Route 104/NH-104
Turn right onto Meredith Center Rd.
Stay on Meredith Center Rd, keeping right at the fork.
Turn right onto Parade Rd/NH-106. Continue to follow NH-106
