Registration
For registration transfers and time switches, please click on the link in your Active confirmation e-mail or login to Active.com and follow the instructions.
Time switches are only allowed for open heats. Once a heat is full, runners will not be allowed to switch. This will be strictly enforced for runner safety and to keep heat numbers at 120 maximum to prevent crowding at obstacles.
Registration transfers will only be allowed while registration is open. Once it is closed, we cannot switch any runners.
There are no refunds for this event.
You must be at least 18 years old on race day to participate.
Team Registration
Min: four members
Max: unlimited
If you register as a team, please note that the team captain is responsible for notifying everyone of the sign-up time. The earlier times fill quickly, so please make sure everyone signs up before the time slot is closed. We cannot switch team members to closed heats.
Course Info
This is one tuff 5k course spread out over 140 acres combining single-track trail on DCR's Rehoboth State Forest and off-road terrain. With over 20 natural and man-made obstacles throughout, be prepared for anything, including hay bale hurdles, mud pits, water, massive boulders, rock climbs, tunnels, monkey bars, and anything else we can throw at you.
Race Day
Registration will open at 8:00 AM.
Bag Drop will be available near registration. Please do not leave valuable items in your bag as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Parking is $5.00 per car and is available at 148 Peck Street for all runners and spectators. A bus will be taking people the 1/2 mile down the road to the event site throughout the day.
There are no ATM's on site.
After Party
Music, food and drinks will follow each race. Runners will receive a wristband for their one free meal.
Spectators
There is a $5.00 spectator fee for anyone not running the race (kids 14 and under are free). This will be paid upon arrival.
Bring two non-perishable food items that will be donated to the Rehoboth Food Pantry and the spectator fee will be waived. We had a great turnout for this last year, let's try and top that!
Heats
Each heat is limited to 120 runners to keep crowds down at obstacles. This will be stricly enforced and no runners will be allowed to switch into a closed heat. Sign up early!

If your heat closes before all team members are registered, you will have to move your team to an open heat in order to run together.
