The Hawk Island Triathlon is proud to celebrate 11 years as Lansing's premier multi-sport event. We've got events for all ages and options for all abilities.
The Hawk Island Triathlon is Michigans's largest inland Sprint triathlon. Participants may choose an olympic distance. Our event is perfect for the whole family, with an age appropriate kid's race on Saturday and our extremely welcoming and friendly adult race on Sunday. It's not uncommon for friends, coworkers, spouses, siblings and multiple generations of families to train and participate together. Remember, the family that races together... has a whole lotta fun!
