Race Time

The race will begin at the Jacksonville Beach Pier, with an announcement by our Founder and Title Sponsor, on a course that will be ½ mile out and ½ mile back. The ½ mile turn will be dedicated to one of the very first Chemo Noir supporters and friends, Tara Newton Richardson, and there will be a cheering section and water station known as Tara’s Turn. Our goal is to have at least 1,000 race participants!

3:00pm // SUB 6 – elite and super fast runners that strive to complete the 1 mile run in under 6 minutes. This accomplishment will be awarded with a unique, custom SUB 6 hat sponsored by DOME HEADWEAR Co.

3:15pm // OPEN - 1 mile run and walk will commence. At the finish line we will recognize our sponsors and supporters.

3:30pm – 6:00pm // TASTING EVENT at Shim Sham - exclusively for race participants. There will be a free wine tasting, Chemo Noir merchandise and a limited cash bar & food available. Coastal Wine Market, our proud wine partner, will be providing and pouring an abundance of delicious wines.

Online Registration Closing Date & Time

Registration will close on Tuesday, September 5th and packet pick-up will be Friday afternoon/evening prior to race day. More information will be provided regarding pick-up. Every race participant will receive a t-shirt, timing race bib, gym towel, official race sticker and race bag with goodies from our sponsors and partners.
