• All races start at the Fort at Saybrook Point (across from Saybrook Point Inn) on College Street in Old Saybrook.
• 4-Mile Run is a certified (CT09025JHP), flat, scenic, shoreline run and is the USATF-CT 4-Mi Championship Race.
• Race course is out and back on the same roads.
• For this reason we ask all walkers, dogs and baby joggers to participate in the Causeway Walk and stay off the road race course.
   
• The 1.6-Mi Causeway Walk is just as scenic as the 4-Mile Run and will not interfere with the road race.

Directions and PARKING:

From Rhode Island or Hartford:
Get on Rt. 95.  Take exit 68, Make a right at the end of the exit ramp, which dumps you onto Rt. 1.  Follow Rt.1, Left at 1st traffic light (still Rt. 1), Left 2 lights later on to Main Street, Rt 154.  Follow Rt. 154 to Saybrook Point.  Park in the Dock & Dine parking lot.

From New Haven
Rt. 95 to exit 67.  At end of exit ramp, follow Rt. 154 south, make a left at the 3rd traffic light on to Main Street, Rt 154.  Follow Rt. 154 to Saybrook Point.  Park in the Dock & Dine parking lot.
