Great family event for everyone from the beginner to the seasoned athlete.  We race at the Ruby C. Fulbright Aquatic Center in Clarkesville, GA.  Both the Sprint & Super Sprint starts at 8:00 am, and we've got tech shirts & Finisher awards to all participants.  Adult awards to the top 3 Male & Female, top 3 Masters Male & Female, as well as 3 deep in all the usual age groups (19 & Under through 75+).  Kids start at 10:30 am, and have awards to the top three in each age group.

Event details and schedule

Course:

The swim will be done in the Aquatics Center Pool; The bike leg will be done on the roads around the aquatics center for the adults, and on property for the kids. The run will be done on the park grounds using all paved surfaces.

Estimated Swim Time:

Athletes will be placed for the swim start based on their estimated swim time. This will allow the faster swimmers to go first, and keep them from catching the slower swimmers. Please do your best to have an accurate time. You'll need to have your best guess at how long it will take you to complete your entire swim.

Five Star Turkey Trot Qualifier:

All participants registered for the race will qualify for FREE entry into the Five Star Turkey Trot held on Thanksgiving Day. See race website for details.

Five Star Triathlon Championship Qualification:

Top Finishers will earn a spot in the Five Star Triathlon Championships to be held on October 7th.

Awards

Adult Awards to the top 3 overall male & female as well as the top 3 masters male & female.

Awards also to the top 3 age group finishers for male & female 19 & Under through 75+.

Awards for kids will be in each division...top 3 in boys & top 3 girls.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.

All registrations are final...we're sorry there are no refunds, deferments, or transfers

The event will go on rain or shine.

Team Challenge

Are you part of a triathlon team?  Bring your group out and race in the team challenge.

Here's how it works:

1. Register in the Team challenge catagory and create/join your team
2. Times from all team members will be added, and then averaged
3. Team members will be eligable for individual age group awards (Adults in the sprint distance, and kids in the team challenge distance)
4. Teams must consist of at least 3 members, and register as a team
5. Custom team award medals will be given to individuals the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place teams
6. Overall trophy will be awarded to the winning team
