- AquaGIRL, presented by She Tris, aims to introduce young girls to the sport of aquathon, helping to promote physical fitness for girls, and to having all participants feeling confident and happy with their accomplishment!
Course Information:
The swim takes place in the outdoor pool and the run is and out and back on the flat, tree-lined paths of the Carnes Crossroads neighborhood, which makes this a perfect place for your first aquathon.
4-6 years old 25 yd swim/.5 mile run
7-9 years old 50 yd swim/.5 mile run
10-12 years old 100 yd swim/1 mile run
13-14 years old 200 yd swim/1 mile run
