At Quail Creek State Park near St. George, Utah we will host the inaugural Southern Utah Triathlon. This venue is very accommdating to athletes and is park of the same park association as Sand Hollow home of the Utah Ironman. The venue is very nice with great landscapes of Hurricane, Utah in the background.
Course Information:
Swim Course - 750 Meters in a 3 buoy triangle pattern. Double for Olympic.
Bike Course - 12.4 Miles in an out and back on the old Highway near Leeds and Touquerville. (Repeated for Olympic)
Run Course - 3.1 Miles in an out and back along the Quail Creek Reservoir. (Repeated for Olympic)
Directions:
Coming from Salt Lake City take the 2nd Hurricane Exit and head East. Follow the signs to Quail Creek on the right and park at the State Park.
