- Join Russ Shemberger, a USAT certified triathlon coach with FTP Coaching, for this all-day triathlon camp!
Swim, bike and run skills will be covered during the morning session. You will practice these skills.
The afternoon session will involve a sprint triathlon (500-yard swim, 14-mile bike and 3-mile run) to allow you to apply the skills you learned that morning.
Registration fee is $30 payable on the morning of camp. Lunch by Subway will be provided.

Course Information:
The bike session will be hilly. This will allow me to help you with how to climb and when to switch gears.
