Swim: 750 meter swim in Copper Creek Lake
Bike: 20K out-and-back bike
Run: 5K out-and-back run
Olympic
Swim: 1500 meter swim in Copper Creek Lake
Bike: 40k out and back loop
Run: 10k out and back run
Course Information:
Swim the beautiful and clean Copper Creek Lake at Copper Creek Park then transition to a challenging but speedy bike course southeast of Pleasant Hill. Continue on to a fun and exciting run on paved trail and closed roads, where you will finish at the Copper Creek Park to your many adoring fans.
