*No registrations will be accepted the day of the tri.

*Helmets are required for biking.

*Each leg of the tri will begin and end at the Seneca Aquatice Center

*Splits will not be timed, just overall time.

*Race day packet pick-up between 7:00am-7:30am

*The Pool will be open from 7:00am-7:45am for warm up

*12 person start waves, with the first wave starting at 8:00am

*The maps for the bike and run route will be emailed.
