- Fun fast little race located in the quaint town of Manteno. Features as 450 m lake swim, beach to beach start and finish for the swim, fast bike course through the country roads of Manteno of 11 miles*, and a 5K run that starts around the lake, goes out through town a bit and back to the lake. The duathlon will be a 1 mile run, 11 mile bike(same as triathlon)*, and the same 5K finish.
*routes are subject to change based on road conditions and weather.
Directions:
Located just 50 miles south of Chicago on route 57, exit at Manteno exit #322. Go east toward town, At main street, go south, past the grain bins, into the sportmans club area. on race day this will be closed, so parking will be at Manteno High School, about a mile from the race venu. Manteno High School address is 443 N Maple St, Manteno, Illinois 60950.
