Course Information:
Short Distance: 10 minute Swim, 30 minute cycle, 20 minute Run
Long Distance: 20 minute Swim, 40 minute cycle, 30 minute Run
T1: 10 minute transition from swim to bike
T2: 5 minute transition from bike to run
