* This the 13th edition of the Monster Triathlon. Giles County's longest running triathlon!! The Monster is a modified sprint format. The first leg is a 200 yard time trial start swim in the Pulaski Parks and Recreation pool. The bike is a 16.3 mile circlar rolling course traveling through the Giles County countryside, and the run is a 3.1 mile course which utilizes a number of local venues to add to the eclectic nature of the Monster.

Swim:
• 200 yard pool swim.
• Time trial start.
Bike:
• The bike course is 16.3 miles.
• It offers challenge to veterans yet all levels will be satisfied.
• 583 ft. gain course on beautiful back country roads.
Run:
• Run course is a flat 3.1 miles.
• All off public streets as it utilizes an historic walking trail in a gorgeous setting.
Directions:
Pulaski is in southern Tennessee, 50 miles south of Nashville, 45 miles north of Huntsville.
Southcentral TN., exit 14 or 22 off Interstate 65.
