The Autism Society Inland Empire has been serving the local autism community for over 30 years providing much-needed information and referral services, education, support and public policy advocacy to the over 12,000 families who have a loved one with autism living in the Inland Empire. Everything from conferences and workshops, awareness outreach to local community.
The Hero Walk and Resource Fair for Autism is the Inland Empire’s largest event for resources for the Inland Empire autism community. Our goal is to empower families with knowledge as well as highlight some of the abilities of children and adults with Autism. The Resource Fair will include:
*Resource Fair Exhibitors
*Music, Sports and Entertainment Demonstrations
*Fun activities for children and adults with ASD
*Special Spanish Resource booth
*Health Screenings
*The Marketplace – an opportunity for teens and adults with autism to be supported as they sell products or advertise their own small business
This year we are expecting over 3,000 individuals to attend. All Sponsors and Resource Fair participants will be provided with a six-foot table and two folding chairs. The fair will take place outside and all vendors should each bring a 10x10 pop-up tent as well as a game or activity for attendees. Electricity will not be available. Spaces are available on a first come; first served basis. All sponsorship submissions are subject to board approval.
In addition to attendees, ASIE’s newsletter goes out to 4,000 individuals twice a month, and we have a social media reach of over 3,000. ASIE will also be purchasing Facebook advertising We are proud to mention partners whose support plays a vital role in helping to change the lives of local families affected by autismities, fun family events, support groups and more.
