Proceeds for the race go to help the people of Haiti through World Wide Village.  Our first two years all of the proceeds went to a specific project called City on a Hill, that is creating sustainable communities in Haiti.  This year we are planning to split the proceeds between City on a Hill and for the cost of building a home for abandoned children.  Check out our website for more information on these two amazing projects.

Also new in 2017, everyone who registers for the race will receive $100 of the cost of a mission trip to Haiti, through World Wide Village.  You can go down to Haiti to see and help with the great work being done with the money raised from our races.  Plus, you can also meet the amazing abandoned children who will get a new home.
