2011 Headfirst Performance Triathlon & Aquabike:

  • The course is on scenic rural roads around the Lake.

    • Course Information:


  • The swim will be 2 loops of a rectangle course in Taylorsville Lake starting at the state park boat ramp.
  • The 56 mile bike route is will challenge everyone. The course is on scenic rural roads around the Lake. You will pass through Bloomfield and Taylorsville.
  • The run course is out and back. You will have the opportunity to experience several wonderful hills.

    • Directions:


    Taylorsville Lake State Park:
  • From Louisville, take I-64 to the Gene Snyder Freeway south and KY 155 to Taylorsville
  • Turn east on KY 44 and drive three miles to the park.

  • From Bluegrass Parkway, take KY 55 exit to Taylorsville.
