The Swim Faster and Swim Faster Express clinics are perfect for triathletes or anyone looking to improve their freestyle (front crawl) and to be more comfortable in open water races.

Course Information:

Hundreds of athletes have gotten faster by attending one of these clinics. Each clinic includes analysis of your stroke, drill instruction, and mass start practice.

Upon leaving, you will have a better idea of proper freestyle technique and understand which drills to focus upon to overcome any personal freestyle technique issues.
