The Jamerson Y Presents the Y Tri Challenge an Indoor Triathlon for everyone. It is a great event to introduce you to a new sport or to tune up for the upcoming season. The Indoor Triathlon allows everyone of any fitness or experience level to participate. All you need is a swimsuit, running shorts and shoes.
Course Information:
Participants will receive a 3 minute transition after the swim and a 2 minute transition after the Bike.
Total distance will be calculated for each event (swim, bike, run). Each participant will receive a score based on total distance covered relative to the other participants.
Transitions and Waiting Area
The locker rooms will be used as the transition area from the pool to the bikes. No running is allowed on the pool deck or in the locker rooms.

This campaign allows the Y to provide outreach programs, financial assistance, youth programs, family programs, and many others.
