2011 The MountPleasant Sprint Triathlon:

The MountPleasant Sprint Triathlon takes place in a Park West where an indoor 25 yard pool is just 20 yards away from the tranistion area.
Swimmers will start every 10 seconds and will "snake" their way down the pool, going down and back in each lane.
The 13 mile bike is completely flat and offers some great low country scenery along the way as it winds its way into Berkley County, crossing over the Wando River prior to the turn around point.
The 5K run portion is also completely flat, and is run on a perfect paved trail within the Park West development. It is a classic out and back style course ending with a 400 meter sprint on the track. This way you can keep a close eye on your nearest competition.
