  • Join the hundreds of individuals and teams who will climb their way to the top of EMC Insurance Companies, Hub Tower, and the Des Moines Marriott Downtown for a great cause, lung health.
  • This is a more than your same-old 5K. You could climb a total of 64 floors of Three Downtown Des Moines buildings. Whether a beginner or you've been climbing for many years, this event is a great way to challenge yourself physically while raising money to help people affected by forms of lung disease. We guarantee that all finishers will have a newfound respect for healthy lungs!

  • 17 Floor Climb- Climb 17 floors to the top of EMC Insurance Companies
  • 36 Floor Climb- Climb 18 floors to the top of the Hub Tower
  • 66 Floor Climb- Climb the 31 floors ending at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown
