- The Mote4Life PFT Challenge is the first of its kind! Put your fitness to the test with the physical fitness test required for selection in the toughest branch of the United States Military. Pull-ups, crunches, and a 3-mile run. Do you have what it takes to score a perfect 300?
Course Information:
The race consists of 3 events:
1. Pull-ups/Push-ups - Perform max reps of dead-hang pull-ups, with a push-up option (untimed)
2. Crunches - Perform max reps of crunches (within 2-minutes)
3. Run 3-Miles - As fast as possible
Each event is worth 100 points and scored based on age and gender with the potential of scoring a total of 300 points.
Directions:
CrossFit Georgia Strong, the gym hosting this event, is located directly accross from Chamblee City Hall.

Packet pick-up will be available on Friday March 3 at Big Peach Brookhaven from 4p-7p. 15% store wide to all Mote4Life racers!
