Each individual must register, do so online at: MSUeConnect.com, or call the Student Recreation Center front office at 973-655-3340.
Transition from swim to bike is 15 minutes, transition from bike to run is 5 minutes. 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike, 15 minute run. Each heat will have 8 participants, starting at 8 a.m.
Each heat lasts approximately 50 minutes. Participants will be informed of the exact flight time the day before.
Participants are required to bring a change of clothes (from bathing suit). They should also bring a lock for the locker rooms.
Course Information:
Each individual will be provided with their own half-lane, bike and treadmill. Bikes are Real Ryder.

There are many possible ways to enter the Montclair State University Campus. Please follow the directions below, or for more direction possibilities, please see the MSU’s Directions website at:

Parking: All visitors must park in metered spaces or in the parking deck. There are metered spaces immediately adjacent to the facility, which are enforced from 6:00am – 12:00 midnight, 7 days a week. These spots are indicated by an M in each stall. Unmarked spots are reserved for Faculty/Staff, and are not available for visitors. If there are no spaces available for metered parking, you may also park in either the Red Hawk Deck at the south end of campus, or in the NJ Transit Parking Deck on Clove Road.

DIRECTIONS
From Clove Road (follow the Black Arrows): Enter the Campus at the “Clove Road” entrance, crossing over the train tracks. At the traffic light, continue straight through the light. Continue on West Quarry road until you reach the end, past Car Park Diem. Turn right, and continue until you reach the entrance of the Student Recreation Center parking lot, lot 19.
From Normal Avenue (Valley Road traveling Northbound) (follow the Green Arrows): After making a left at the light onto Normal Avenue enter via the second entrance on the right. Continue through the first STOP sign. Continue through the second STOP sign, and make a right at the light. Continue from the directions above.
From Valley Road (Traveling Southbound) (follow Purple Arrows): Note: This entrance is not always open on the weekends. From Valley Road heading south, just past the Gulf station make a right turn on to Quinn Road. Follow the road uphill to a stop sign, and Yogi Berra Stadium will be on your right. Make the left turn to go up the hill. The Student Recreation Center will be on your left, after Sam Mills Commons. Pull in to park in lot 19.
