2011 Spring Meadow Triathlon:
- Race staged at Spring Meadow Lake State Park just west of Helena, Montana.
- Swim a rectangular course in small lake.
- Bike out and back on a rolling 2-lane paved road.
- Run a flat fast course on trail, dirt road and pavement.
- Enjoy wonderful people, beautiful scenery and warm July weather.
- 5-year age group and team awards
- The 2011 Spring Meadow Triathlon will include a kids race and a USAT Juniors event.

- Race start, finish and transitions are located at the Spring Meadow Lake State Park.
- Open water lake swim.
- Out and back cycling course on a rolling 2-lane paved road.
- Flat fast run course on trail, dirt road and pavement.
Directions:
- Spring Meadow Lake State Park is on the west end of Helena on Country Club Lane, just north of U.S. Highway 12 as you enter town from the west.
