Course Information:
6 7 year old 50 yard swim 1 mile bike 12 mile Run
8 9 year old 100 yard swim 2 mile bike 1 mile run
10 11 year Old 100 yard swim 2 mile Bike 1 mile run
12 year Old 100 yard swim 2 mile Bike 1 mile run
Swim is an indoor swimming pool; Bike and Run will be around Ber Juan Park.
Directions:
From Springfield:
I-44 towards Rolla 106 miles
Take E Highway Exit
Turn Right then at stop light Turn Right onto Highway 63 S.
At next Stop light Turn Left onto 10th Street, Travel 1.2 miles to Holloway Street (4th Stop Light) turn left then travel .2 miles Centre is on your right
From St Louis:
1-44 towards Rolla 101 miles.
Take E Highway Exit
Turn left and travel over the overpass turn Right at the stop light onto Highway 63 S.
At next Stop light Turn Left onto 10th Street, Travel 1.2 miles to Holloway Street (4th Stop Light) turn left then travel .2 miles Centre is on your right
