This local gem sprint in southeastern Michigan is managed by the oldest triathlon club in Michigan - FAST. FAST members dedicate their time to bring a great sprint race for beginners and elite triathletes alike.
Proceeds go to both support this yearly event and a generous donation in FAST and Jon Logan's name to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Foundation.
Course Information:
A 0.5 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 3.2 mile run course goes through the Island Lake Subdivision at 10 mile and Wixom Roads.
This year we will be adding a sprint duathlon - 2mile run, 12 mile bike and 3.2 mile run.
The open water swim is 1.5 miles in length on the same route as the triathlon swim portion. Distance is three loops around.
