- The Nutmeg Splash and Dash is a famaily friendly youth aqualthon (run/swim/run) set in beautiful Mixville Park in Cheshire, CT. Youth ages 5-17 can challenge themselves on this course all within the park and off road. All particpants will receive a race medal at the finish line. Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group (males and females). Music and post race refreshments will be under the pavillion.
Course Information:
Lifejackets allowed. All youth will be able to touch in the water as particpants will be swimming parallel to the shore.
5-6 Division= .5 run/ 50 yard swim/ .5 run
7-10 Division= .5 run/ 100 yard swim/ .7 run
11-17 Division= .5 run/ 200 yard swim/ 1.25 run
