Duathlon Course Info:Run, bike run event through Carroll County, MD.
Challenging bike course with many hills.
Start & finish at North Carroll high school in Hampstead, Md.

Age group and overall awards.
Prize purse for 1st - 3rd male and female.
Male and female bike primes.
Custom t-shirt and post race awards w/ pizza, fruit, and beverages.
Duathlon is $80 until 1/13/11, $90 until 2/13/11, $95 until 3/11/11.
Duathlon relay is $100 until 1/13/11, $110 until 2/13/11, $120 until 3/11/11.
5k is $35 until 1/13/11, $40 until 2/13/11, $45 until 3/11/11.
Can register on March 12th for all events during packet pick-up at North Carroll High School, noon - 6:00 p.m. If spots are still available.
Race day registration availabe for 5k only, 6:00 to 7:00 a.m.
