The Hockomock Area YMCA Indoor Traithlon is great for all levels as it is a timed event. There will be assigned waves in which participants will start each section of the race. The first portion will be a 15 minute swim followed by 10 minute transition time. Right after will be the bike portion which will be 25 minutes in length followed by a 5 minute transition. The last part of the race will be a 20 minute run on the indoor track. Points are awarded based on number of completed lengths and half miles. All proceeds of the race go directly to the Annual Reach Out for Youth and Families campaign.

Teake Exit 17 to Route 140. At the end of the exit, head north toward Bellingham. After .5 mile, take aleft into Forge Park. After .8 mile, take a left onto National Drive. After .2 mile, at the cul de sac, take a left. The YMCA is at the top of the hill.

At Garelick Farms, take a right into Forge Park. After .5 mile, take a right onto National Drive. After .4 moile take a right onto National Drive. After .2 mile at the cul de sac, take a left. The YMCA is at the top of the hill.
