2017 Hickory Grove Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike:
• This is a sprint triathlon where beginners and elites are welcome!
• We have options for duathlon and aquabike as well.
Course Information:
Swim:
Triangular swim course starts and finishes at the main beach
Bike:
Looped course total distance is 15.5 miles.
Course is not hilly or flat, just typical Iowa terrain.
Athletes do three laps which total 15.5 miles.
Run:
Run course is 3.1 miles on mixed surface.
Majority of the run is on paved road the rest is on a maintained grass trail and is a very popular part of the course.
