Start your New Year off right by participating in the Life Time Athletic, Laguna Niguel Indoor Triathlon held on January 8, 2017. The event is capped at 100 participants, so do not delay -- this event will sell out and there is no race day entries.
This is a great athletic test for all participants no matter your triathlon experience level. The events draws those with no experience up to Ironman finishers, so come out and participate.
The Life Time Athletic Indoor Triathlon is open to Life Time Athletic members as well as non-members so bring your family, friends and rivals to compete with you in this unique athletic event.
Course Information:
THE RACE
At your designated start time, you will begin with a 10-minute swim in our indoor pool. Shift gears and spend the next 30 minutes in the cycling studio. Then race toward the finish line with 20 minutes on the treadmill.
THE TRANSITIONS
You are allowed 10 minutes to safely change from the pool to the cycling studio and five minutes to move from the cycling studio to the treadmill.
