_ 2017 Mighty Hamptons Triathlon:
One of the longest running races in the country!
The Mighty Hamptons is a world renowned Olympic Distance course that has had athletes such as Dave Scott, Allison Roe, Scott Tinley and John Howard as past competitors.
It is held at pristine Long Beach in Sag Harbor with a wonderful 1.5K swim in Noyac Bay, followed by a rolling scenic 23.8 mile bike tour of the Hamptons and finishing with a fast, flat 10K run through the quiet scenic streets of North Haven.
Course Information:
Swim 1.5K
• The swim is an out and back along the shore in Noyac Bay.
• Water temperature is in the high 60’s
BIKE 40K
• The bike course has rolling hills.
RUN 10K
• Road and trail run in the park.
• There will be a water stop at the beginning of this loop.
