EMG's Big Hurt will be the area's best spin class taught by some of the most accomplished cyclist and triathletes in the city. Athletes who not only know what they are doing but are actually out putting the rubber on the road and putting together some of the best bike splits and performances around will lead each class. If you have been doing the same thing for years and getting the same results, if you are bored and looking for something new than we have it.
Tuesday nights this Winter beginning January 4th join our crew of great people and great athletes for 10 straight weeks for 75 minutes of dedicated, intelligent and productive cycling to build your bike fitness. We start class at 7 and spin till 8:15 each Tuesday evening. Everything else is just another spin class.
