_ 2017 Lions Spring Sprint Triathlon:
This early season pool triathlon is a great way to dive into the triathlon season. With its convenient location and carefully planned race course, this professionally organized event is a wonderful way to kick off your triathlon season.
Course Information:
The Race Course
The swim is up and down 5 lanes of the pool for a total of 250 yards. Swimmers are sent off one at a time. Starting order is determined by the times entered on the registration form with faster swimmers being sent off first. Please try to be as accurate as possible when you estimate your time for the 250 yard swim.
The bike course is a scenic, out and back route on rolling terrain.
The run is out and back with a little more uphill on the way out than on the way back.
