This in the pool clinic is designed for Women who need help with the swim leg of the triathlon. The clinic will help athletes to improve their freestyle technique to improve their triathlon swimming. It will also cover open water swim skills including site breathing and swimming in a pack without panicking. Athletes will learn strategies to make triathlon swimming easier and faster. This clinic is led by professional triathlete and physical therapist Lauren Jensen along with a staff of fun and experienced coaches. Happy training and see you at the races.
