    Course Information:

  • Child/Adult teams compete together for a .5 mile canoe, 3.5 mile trail bike ride, and a 1.5 mile run.

  • Child must be between the ages of 7 17.
  • Adults must be 18 & older.
  • 10 competing divisions are based on the age and gender of the child member of the team.
  • Age groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-17.
  • Chip Timing will track leg & finish times!

  • Great random prize drawings can be won by anyone.
  • One lucky participant will win a Ripper kayak compliments Blue Ridge Mountain Sports.
