_ 2017 XTERRA Ionia Off Road Triathlon & Duathlon :
4th Annual XTERRA Ionia off Road Triathlon & Duathlon. Triathlon conists of a .5 mile swim, 12.5 mile bike and a 3.4 mile run. the Duathlon consists of a 2 mile run, 12.5 mile bike and a 3.4 mile run. Bike and run courses on on single track MTB and hiking trial that surrounds Sessions Lake. Venue is the Ionia State Recreation Area in Ionia Michigan. This is an excellent venue wiht great trails come race alongside participants from around the country.

The Bike and Run Courses are held on 90% true single track no long access roads to get to the trail.
