Course Information:
The 250 yard pool swim will take place in the Rex Wellness Center of Garner's lap pool. Participants will then make their way to the transition area in the larger parking lot in the front right corner of the facility. The bike course is the fastest course of all the REX races. It features a 5 mile out and back course on Timber drive. This course is great for the beginner triathlete. To finish the race, athletes will enjoy a 2.0 mile run down and back Timber drive.
