_ 2017 Independence Day at Tradewinds Park Sprint Triathlon:
Multirace is proud to present the 28th annual Independance Day sprint triathlon/duathlon. This is a perfect race for the new triathlete, with a lake swim, flat vehicular-free bike course and a run around Tradewinds Park.
Course Information:
Athletes will have a straight line course in the fresh water lake of Tradewind Park. Spectators can watch the entire swim along the lake. As swimmers exit the 1/4 mile swim course, they will be treated to a 10 mile bike without vehicular traffic or intersections & finish with a 3 mile run around Tradewinds Park.
