Event Information
The Splash and Dash is an aquathlon – a fun and fast-growing race that combines swimming and running. This short distance youth event is a great chance to try out your speed in two different activities! Welcome to the world of aquathlons and multi-sport racing!
When: Friday, August 4, 2017
Participant Check-In and Access to Transition Area: 4:30-5:45pm
Race Start Time: 6:00pm
Where: Wilson Park Pool and Trail

Distances are determined by age groups:
Age: Distance:
7-8 80 yd swim / .5 mile run
9-10 120 yd swim / .5 mile run
11-12 160 yd swim / 1 mile run
13-15 200 yd swim / 1 mile run
16-18 200 yd swim / 1 mile run
The swim portion will go across the short length of the pool. The run course will be on paved trail around Wilson Park.
