  • The first race of the 2008 Upstate Y Sprint Triathlon Series, this is a great first timers race as well as the perfect event for experienced athletes to start their season off.

    • Course Information:

  • The swim is in the Ys indoor heated pool, with temperatures around 84 degrees, the bike is out and back on a flat, fast course, and the run is on rolling, lightly travelled country roads around the Y.

    • Directions:

  • Take I-85 to exit 27, go torwards Anderson for about 7 miles.
  • Turn left on Reed Road, the Y will be on your right, across the road from AnMed Hospital.
