- Our 4th annual event to support local charities is on Saturday, January 7, 2017. Organized by Mountain View High School students with the help of a few staff members and community members, this is one of the best 5K/10K events in Mesa! Shirts, medals, swag bags, free shoes to the winners of each event (courtesy of Roadrunner Sports) and more! Everything that you would expect from a great race! Course Information:
Both the 5K and 10K leave the track/stadium and go through the local neighborhood. The course is very well-marked with cones, police officers and volunteers. Several great aid stations. The portion that goes along a canal is paved.
Directions:
While the school is located at 2700 E. Brown Road in Mesa (NEC of Lindsay and Brown), the stadium is actually on Lindsay, just north of Brown. You can't miss it.
