Tinman Challenge Indoor Triathlon :
Triathlon : Swim 15 minutes, Bike 15 minutes, Run 15 minutes

15 Minutes swim, 15 Minutes Stationary Bike, 15 Minutes Treadmill

Tinman Indoor Triathlon will consist of 15 minutes of swimming, 15 minutes on stationary bike, 15 minutes on treadmill.

Results will be measured by total miles covered in those 45 minutes.

Every participant gets a T-shirt.

Prizes given to Top 2 Men and Women from each age group and 1st place team.

Teams consist of 3 individuals with each doing one-third of the race.

Age groups are: 13-29, 30-54, 55+. Call for further details.
