A sprint triathlon and duathlon held in Wheeling, West Virginia. - - -

Course Information:

Triathlon -- 400 meter swim in the indoor pool at Wheeling Jesuit University

25 K bike course from the university and then following scenic National Road (US Rt. 40) to a turn around point and then back to campus.

5 K run on the campus cross country trail and finish with a half lap on the track in front of the bleachers. - - - - -

Duathlon -- 3 K run on campus and the residential neighborhood surrounding the campus.

25 K bike and 5 K run are the same as the triathlon - - - - -

Directions:

Wheeling Jesuit University is located off Interstate 70 at Exit 2B (Washington Avenue).

From the exit follow the signs to the main entrance. - - - - -

Wheeling, WV is located approximately 60 miles west of Pittsburgh, PA and 130 miles east of Columbus, OH - - - - -

Other Info:

Relay teams can enter in a variety of categories.

Individuals compete in age, gender, weight and Male/Female clergy categories.Refreshments available for participants, spectators and families.

All proceeds support the coordination of services to older adults and people with disabilities in a three county area so that they can remain independent.
