Course Information:

The Olympic distance is 1500-meter swim; 40 km bike and 10 km run. The course is moderately hilly and challenging. There are no water stops on the bike course. On the run they will be available at 1.5, 3 and 4.5 miles. - - - - -

The sprint distance is half-mile swim; 40km bike and 5 km run. The bike course is the same as the Olympic distance; the 5 km run is out and back with a water stop halfway. - - - - -

The sprint distance can be done as a relay event. 2 or 3 individuals can do the relay. Flotation devices are allowed in this race (but not the Olympic distance). - - - - -

Directions:

Huntington is located at the intersection of Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky, directly on the Ohio River. - - - - -
