Those who don’t have their card or who are not USAT members, must purchase a one-day membership for $15.

Lake Logan welcomes you to the its 12th year of racing on Sunday, August 6. The international distance race has quickly become one of the premier races in the Southeast, attracting athletes from across the country. The Sunday date provides a great option for couples wanting a variety of races to choose from over the weekend.

Course Descriptions:
Swim:
The Lake Logan swim is a rectangle one loop course finishing under the bridge in the mouth of the Pigeon River. This swim is always wetsuit legal at around 67 degrees and in the middle of summer, is a rarity in the south. The mountains on each side protect the lake from most wind and the swim has always been flat and calm.
Bike:
The bike course is a typical mountain course with a great mix of rollers and long downhills with two significant climbs. The course is supported with public safety and volunteers at every turn and major crossroad. The scenery is amazing and will make you forget some of the challenges you will face along the course.
Run:
The run is an out & back course with a gentle slope up for 3 miles then a gentle slow back along the river and all shaded by trees and the ever-present mountains that frame the valley.
