Beat the Freeze Duathlon : Run 1 mile, Skate 1 mile, Run 1 mile

The first ever....One mile run - one ice skate or X-Country ski - One mile run.

The event will be held at West Park.

West Park is located directly south of Ramsey Beach. That is towards the town of White Bear.

Parking will be available at West Park and Ramsey Beach.

Hot Dogs and Hot Chocolate will be served afterwards.

There will be a beach bonfire for you to roast your own hotdog.

No cutting local neighborhood trees. Bring your own skewer or branch.
