5k run, 28k bike, 5k run - The Shamrock Duathlon race course is comprised of two 5k runs and an exhilarating 28k bicycle trek through the scenic New England backdrop of Glastonbury, Connecticut.

Course Information:

  • Both runs follow the same course, a double loop in the neighborhood of the Irish American Club.
  • Bike course is a 28k loop of rolling hills.
  • A true test of endurance for both seasoned and beginning duathletes of all ages.

    • Directions:

    Glastonbury is in central Connecticut, 5 miles southeast of Hartford
