About This Event
West Michigan Multisport Racing is pleased to announce the annual Millennium Triathlon! This sprint distance triathlon will be held at beautiful Millennium Park in Grand Rapids MI. In addition to the adults race we will be offering a kids triathlon.

Adult Race- Swim 500 Meters, Bike 14.8 Miles, Run 5 K Kids (11-14)- Swim 200 Meters, Bike 5 Miles, Run 2 Miles Kids (7-10)- Swim 100 Meters, Bike 2 Miles, Run 1 Mile

Course Description
Swim- This 500 Meter swim will take place in the clean waters in Millennium Park. It will be a counter clockwise course and you will exit the water on the sandy beach. Bike- This 14.8 Mile bike course has a little of everything to offer. Gentle rolling hills, City skyline views, Grand River views and even a portion of the bike course will be a closed trail (Indian Mound Road) with no car traffic. Run- The 5K run course follows the trail around the park.
