2014 McDowell Wellness Center Help Make a Difference Triathlon:
The McDowell Wellness Center’s Help Make a Difference Triathlon will be Sunday, July 27, beginning at 8 a.m. at
Registration to participate in the triathlon is $55 per participant. If you enter as a team, each team member must pay $35. Registration forms are available at McDowell Wellness Center, Danville Bike and Footwear and online at https://runsignup.com/Race/KY/Danville/MWCtriathlon. Registration forms will also be available on race day from 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
All proceeds from the triathlon will be used by the Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation. The Foundation is a 501 (c) (3), not for profit entity that supports expanded health related services in areas served by Ephraim McDowell Health.

Course Information:
The race starts at the McDowell Wellness Center in Danville KY:
• Start with a chip timed, time trial start 300 yard pool swim.
• Followed my an 18.5 mile scenic rolling hill ride through the bluegrass country.
• Finishing with a 4 mile run.
